1. DELIVERY POLICY
1.1 We use Royal Mail Second Class delivery services. However, we reserve the right to change it to another supplier in certain cases.
1.2 We aim to despatch all orders within 2-5 working days, as long as the item you have ordered is in stock and there are no other issues. The dispatch date is an estimate not guaranteed. As we are a small business running just by two people please note that during exceptionally busy periods or during our holidays your order may be delayed in despatch. We will always try to inform you if this is the case.
1.3 The delivery typically takes 3-4 working days of dispatch but may take longer under some circumstances. Please note that these days are estimates and not guaranteed. These estimates can be extended by up to 2-3 additional days depending on time of year and location.
1.4 We can deliver our goods anywhere in mainland Great Britain. Unfortunately we do not deliver to any islands or the Highlands/Islands of Scotland, however, we are able to deliver to a mainland courier company on your behalf for onward shipping.
1.5 If there is no one to accept the order on the scheduled delivery date the goods may be returned.
1.6 If your order has not arrived within the estimated times set out above then please check with any neighbours to see if that package has been delivered to them without a note or check the local postal delivery office. Sometimes packages can be returned here without notification. If you have checked both of these places then please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will endeavour to help.
1.7 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery, if the carriers are able to make the change. This will delay your delivery.
1.8 Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within three working days of delivery of the items.
1.9 If the goods are lost or damaged please report this to us within three working days from the delivery day.
1.10 We accept returns & exchanges for items in a resalable condition complete with tags. Please see our returns page for more details.
1.11 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include an act of God or other higher powers such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We are not responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods. However, we will always try to overcome all the difficulties with our good karma and hopefully, we will never have to apply this article.
