CANCELLATION AND RETURNS, EXCHANGES, FAULTY GOODS
1. CANCELLATION & RETURNS
1.1 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we welcome returns & exchanges for items in their original condition. To do so, please e-mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org and enter to subject line word “cancellation” and your order number. Then you will receive further instruction. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations by phone.
1.2 Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place it and doesn’t end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. Then you have another 14 days to return the goods once you have told us.
1.3 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
1.4 We accept returns on all items in a resalable condition complete with tags. The item must be unworn and in original condition. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage, complete with the original packaging to us at your own expense.
1.5 We will offer a full refund (excluding any shipping cost) on your order if you meet the return periods set in
1.6 Late returns will only be accepted at our discretion.
1.7 You will receive an email confirmation of the refund when it is processed. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of 8our refund.
1.7 If the item is approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
1.8 We will refund the card that the original order was placed on within 3 days of receipt of your return, however the refund may take up to 10 days to complete dependent on the card issuer.
1.9 If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
1.10 Please note we are not responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Original order shipping costs are also non-refundable.
1.11 If you are shipping an item of substantial worth, consider using trackable shipping as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2.1 To begin an exchange please write email on email@example.com and enter to subject line word “exchange” and your order number. Then you will receive further instructions. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations by phone.
2.2 Your right to exchange an order starts the moment you place it and doesn’t end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. Before sending the item for exchange wait for our confirmation email of your replacement product.
2.3 You will receive an email confirmation of the exchange when it is processed. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.4 Once we have confirmed availability of your replacement product you will need to send your item back to us. The item must be unworn and in original condition. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage, complete with the original packaging to usat your own expense.
2.5 Once we have checked the condition of your item and confirmed the availability of the requested exchange we will send out the replacement free of charge. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
2.6 We are not liable for any loss earnings due to late, incorrect or lost deliveries.
2.7 We reserve the right to refuse replacements on any damaged items reported to us outside of three working days. Please refer to our delivery policy.
2.8 This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
3. FAULTY GOODS / GUARANTEE
3.1 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org with providing your order number and details of the problem. In addition, we recommend to provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
3.2 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until either an indicative digital image is supplied by the customer, or the original goods have been received at our stock and checked.
3.3 If we are unable to exchange faulty goods you will be fully refunded after the original goods have been received at our stock and checked.
3.4 The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.
3.5 We are unable to guarantee and exact colour match due to the nature of some of our products.
